We understand that people are very busy and time poor, as such, we also offer a mobile service and are able to visit you at a time and location convenient to you, this service is also available outside traditional office hours.

What is conveyancing?

Conveyancing is the legal process of transferring the ownership of a property from one person to another. When either buying or selling a home, a unit, a commercial property or vacant land you are required by law to sign a contract for sale of that property. The legal work involved in preparing the sales contract, mortgage and other related documents, is called conveyancing.
